Ohio Traffic Incident Management (OTIM) is traveling throughout the state to conduct a series of regional meetings with responders from all disciplines to reinforce the importance of traffic incident management, gather agency perspectives and feedback, and lay the foundations for statewide best practices to create a culture of continual improvement in Ohio TIM.
OTIM is the state’s traffic incident management program which brings together multiple agencies from local and state law enforcement, Fire/Rescue, Emergency Medical Services, Towing and Recovery, Ohio Department of Transportation, and many others. We work together to safely and efficiently clear traffic incidents to reduce:
- Traffic Congestion
- Secondary Crashes
- Injuries and fatalities to first responders
